Great location. Bus stop out front for a bus to/from train station. Good windows so didn't hear traffic outside. Grosvenor Shopping center is next door and can be accessed without getting wet from rain. Breakfast was good. We didn't try the dinner in the restaurant because there would be a 45 minute wait to prepare. Not a problem though since there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Very helpful at check-in with assistance for my friend and entering with her walker. The receptionist talked us through with directions for our tour meeting point and choice of locations for lunch . The location was a great choice for us
