"Staff was hands down the most kind we encountered! Very helpful and willing to answer questions. Rooms were well equipped and breakfast was included. This place was amazing. 5 min walk to trains and staff gave you a city pass to utilize during your stay. Room was cozy and clean. Loved the meringue cookies in the room! Great location."

"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack. The hotel was also a little weird in that the hall lights on the different floors went off overnight. We had to get up early to catch a train and went out our door and everything was dark. We had to use our phone flashlights. Overall, it was okay."

"Perfect location"

"Property location and unit was great! Showers were wonderful. The unit was spacious and the decor very nice. Kitchen stocked ok but no salt or pepper provided. Cleaners use strong chemicals which I couldn’t stand, seemed harsh and unhealthy. As soon as you open the door to all your bits, it hits you. It was very strong inside living room also. Units don’t vent with little airflow since doors on top not one side so no cross breeze. The bedrooms luckily had no strong chemical smell and were lively. Parking was 5/day to park on n a lot about a 10 minute walk away next to the river which was inconvenient when it rained. There was plenty of room to park on gravel right in front of units, but they don’t allow you to park there. They also have closer options for 10 or 15 per day but they were all full when we arrived. Communication through VRBO portal was poor. They redirect you to ‘key holder” who was slow or unavailable to respond to inquiries about possible check in after office closed at 7:30pm "

" Very nice property in a beautiful part of Switzerland. Friendly staff and lots of areas to walk and enjoy the scenery. Great breakfast options and lots of options for restaurants in addition to the one onsite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again."
