"From check in to check out the. hospitality of the staff was remarkable. Breakfast was hot and delicious, drinks were well made and the view from th lobby during sunset was amazing. The room is dated including the linen but it was very clean and no weird odor. Did not partake in the pool but the water looked very inviting and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff that I interacted with that made this a wonderful experience. "

I was amazed at the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the small gestures that really create a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. I have lived in the area of this hotel and can assure anyone visiting Trinidad for the first time or haven't experienced their service yet this is a must do ! "
