Trinity County Vacations & Trips from $214

The front desk worker when I checked in was more “anti-help” than anything. It almost ruined my stay. Luckily my room card worked on the side entrance so I didn’t have to see her again. It was clearly an older hotel but they have more rooms than most in my budget. I found it weird that old building code did not require exhaust fans in hotel bathrooms. It is the only hotel ever that didn’t have one.

This is our 4th stay in the signature series rooms and it hasn’t disappointed us yet. The room is beautiful with all the kitchen appliances for preparing food for family of 6. The private endless pool and bar is spectacular. The kids played in it regularly. Having private access to the beach with shower is perfect. It would be helpful for the staff to verify vehicles using the ground level parking under the building without parking passes.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.
