Cute hotel overlooking the bay and mountains. Staff were so helpful and always available to answer any questions. Convenient to many bus stops and tours. Breakfast had many different options from eggs to meats to yogurt and granola. We loved the coffee maker that made lattes, cappuccino and espresso. A simple dinner was provided in the evening free of charge which was so nice as food is very expensive in Trompso. The hotel is very clean, very quiet and the location is great. Close to the main street yet overlooking the beautiful bay. Would definitely stay there again.

Our premium room overlooked the harbour so it was lovey to watch the boats coming & going, but was equally quiet at night. It was central for our needs, close to port dock, Cathedral, shops & restaurants. The room was clean but showing signs of needed maintenance worn carpets & chipped paintwork. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate returning. All staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect, the room was comfortable and the food package unbeatable. This stay was excellent value for money and I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Tromso.
