### Beautiful, Light-Filled North Troy Loft

Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee in this spacious light-filled Troy loft. With a 5 minute drive you can be at the heart of downtown Troy and visit locally-owned eaters, modern coffee shops, and fashionable boutiques. Free on street parking is available. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.  
  
A beautiful third floor one-bedroom apartment. Note that there are fairly steep steps leading up to the apartment entrance.  
  
The bedroom is set with a queen bed.   
A rollaway twin cot is available in the apartment.  
  
Free on-street parking is available.   
Host will provide a list of recommended restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.  
1\. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.  
2\. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.   
3\. No pets allowed   
4\. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)  
5\. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50-$150 late fee.   
6\. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .
