“Great place with a great location. Parking was smooth with easy street parking that the host registered us for so we didn’t have to move our car. Bed was super comfortable and it was great having the front room that overlooked the park. Walking access to a number of great bars and restaurants. Also loved walking through the park in the morning. It is a 3rd floor walk-up, so be prepared for that. It worked fine for us, but may be difficult if you have mobility concerns. “I arrived late at night, and I received the wrong check in instructions. Neither me nor Vrbo could get in contact with the host until the next day. They ended up putting me in a raggedy hotel for a night.Once I got in, the apartment was nice. Everything looked and worked as advertised. The on site parking beside the building might have been the best part. The shower was also great. The host is not good at responding. I stayed there for a month. On my last week, my trip got extended for another……

“Well kept up historic apartment near downtown. ”

“Great restaurants nearby. Easy parking. ”

“Good communication prior to and on arrival. Enjoyed the amenities TV, Hot Tub, and grilling. Not a bad ride up to the race track. Thank you”

“Remote had batteries, so no fuss. Basic cable TV was fine and the bathroom had what I needed. Good value overall for the price paid.”

“We loved the stay so we extended our stay! Very clean, the host always reply’s making any problems easy to fix, very cozy and cheaper than a hotel!”

“I always look for this place when staying downtown Albany. Best value for the price for an individual (or a couple, although I was not so fortunate to include my "other"). Ideal location for State Street jobs and very comfortable.”

“Apartment is very spacious! My host is excellent with communication. Location walking distance to venues and local breweries. ”

“I stayed while working at Albany Medical Center, and it was a perfect location for this! I could walk to the hospital, shops and restaurants. The apartment was cute, quiet and very clean. It was a great place to come home to after a busy day. Michaela, the host, was very helpful and responsive -- checking in on my stay. I appreciated the available washer and dryer. I will definitely stay at this apartment again if I am in Albany.”
