We were the only guests. I was surprised that the only TV was in the parlor. The bed room was a little cool. Breakfast was fabulous. Our room was located on the main floor, across from the dining room and off the main hallway gathering area. Easily, a guest might mistakenly use the bathroom assigned to the guests in this room. So my "4" for cleanliness is because the BR was borrowed prior and during our stay. But, understandably, in a relaxed atmosphere such as this community , it is no big deal. Our best time was on the porch enjoying the quiet, watching the passing walkers and dogs, and enjoying the time together. Guests should note that there are no keys to the rooms and the inn is always open. Very quaint BB within a gated community. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and nicely appointed - staff is available but not on your doorstep. Although all the signals from office and home are available, this Inn's setting lets you know why it's a good idea, occasionally, to turn off the TV and put your cell phone on silent.
