Charming newly remodeled midtown home just off of Historic Route 66. It's close to the fairgrounds, TU, Cherry Street & 7 minutes from the BOK Center, Cain's Ballroom, Guthrie Green & downtown Tulsa. This 2-bedroom home is perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & business travelers. It has a lovely outdoor space with deck & fireplace in a peaceful neighborhood. Fully remodeled kitchen & interior. Not to mention the beds are comfy & the WiFi is strong. (Dogs are negotiable, if they ask nicely, ha!)

1100 sq. ft of living space w/ a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and full-sized washer & dryer available for your use. Fully fenced backyard w/ mature trees. Master bedroom can easily sleep 2 in king bed, while bedroom #2 can sleep up to 2 in a queen bed and 1 in a twin.

Great stay for being close to Expo Center

The house was great, perfect for our week long event at the Tulsa Expo Center! The host was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommended if you need a place close to expo center in Tulsa!!

Very cute house!

We cut our stay short due to weather but the house was very nice. The decor was adorable. Comfortable size for our family and dogs. The host was really great. The only inconvenience for us was the shared fence with the neighbors.

Perfect home for your stay in Tulsa!

Beautiful home away from home near the Fairgrounds for our 12 night stay! Owners are very accommodating and the home has everything you could need for your stay. Big backyard and covered porch for your morning coffee or evening gathering. Big kitchen with all the extra's, comfortable beds and pillows, clean and nice size family room with smart tv. Will definitely stay again!

It was the perfect place to stay while visiting with my kids attending TU! Nice kitchen and dining table, comfy beds. The deck is a little run down, the yard is great & the owner is wonderful and very attentive. Overall it was terrific!

We were in town for a horse show at the expo center. The house was very close by, clean, convenient, and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe.

Lovely place

We were very happy with this little house. Very peaceful neighborhood, close to the main roads and especially near Route 66! I felt safe there. It was very clean and well taken care of. I was a little hesitant when I saw the steps to the house because they needed a little tlc, but once we got in, it was very clean, neat and spacious for the three of us and our little dog. We would definitely come here again in the future. A big thanks to Clark, and his hospitality. He was very accommodating and helpful anytime I needed to call.

Such a great location! Easy to find, communication was great. We'll definitely book again when we're back in Tulsa. The house is right off of Route 66, super close to great dining (Kilkennys!) and many breweries (Nothing Left). If you're considering booking, you won't regret it!

We had a great stay. Location was good for where we needed. Instructions were detailed but not too much. House was clean and well maintained. Host is super friendly and easy to communicate with if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay

We were in town for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It is clean, safe, comfortable, very reasonably priced, and conveniently located (we were told that in Tulsa you're about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go, and that was about right!). The best feature though is your hosts, who are truly the kindest, friendliest, most accommodating hosts you will ever have (at least that was our experience). There were a couple things we couldn't find in the kitchen so I let Clark know, and voila, they were there for us the next day. I'm not sure if we'll have a reason to return to Tulsa in the near future, but for those of you who will be, I highly recommend you stay here!

Absolutely every detail was perfect. House is so charming and super cute. Sheets and bedding were so comfortable. Snacks on kitchen counter! Peaceful, quiet back yard. Neighborhood was adorable and easy to walk in. Would highly recommend Clark and his adorable home!

Perfect spot and just what we needed

The place was super clean and centrally located to family we were visiting. The home was well stocked for our stay. It was the first time we travelled with our 2 dogs and they loved the large back yard. They also loved walking in a new neighborhood. Lots of fun places to explore nearby on Route 66, downtown Tulsa, and shopping/restaurants.
