Arriving at Your Tulum Escape: We want your arrival to be as seamless as possible. You’ll find convenient parking available directly in front of the condo. If you are arriving by taxi or private transfer, you can be dropped off right at the entrance, where our team will be waiting to warmly welcome you and show you around.
Check-in: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Our staff will be available to greet you and hand over the keys in person.
After 6:00 PM: Check-in is done at the reception with the security guard. We will send all the instructions to access your accommodation.

In addition to the Common Areas, the property includes a private patio with a plunge pool, which requires careful and responsible use. Key safety guidelines include, but are not limited to: - Do not run or jump on wet surfaces. - Do not dive into the plunge pool. - Never leave children unattended. - Respect the general rules applicable to Common Areas.

The tenant agrees to act responsibly and immediately report any situation that presents a potential risk to the owner or property manager (e.g., a broken barrier, a very slippery surface, poor lighting), while acknowledging that certain permanent features of the property—such as the elevated design of the plunge pool—are an integral part of the patio layout and require cautious use. By accepting these terms, the tenant understands that the use of the Common Areas, patio, and plunge pool is at their own risk and agrees to waive any claim or legal action against the owner for any incident occurring in these areas.
