The air-conditioned apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe and mirror, bed linen provided (changed weekly) . The complete bathroom has a hydromassage shower cubicle, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror and services, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven, extractor hood, stove, plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. From the corridor access to the dining room with table and 6 chairs, large living room with sofa bed for two people, coffee table and flat-screen satellite TV. From the living room the exit to the terrace furnished with a table and chairs which offers a relaxing garden view, ideal for having coffee in the morning.

The area is quiet, with a lot of greenery around, the nearest beach is that of the Kanegra tourist village and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag riviera. The beach with gravel and pebbles, with pine trees around to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. The sea in this area is crystal clear. Upon arrival, you will receive a pass to enter Kanegra village and use the village's bathing facilities for free. Come and visit us, we look forward to you. The nearest supermarket is in the tourist village of Kanegra, the restaurant at 200 m, the beach of Kanegra at 1200 m, the center of Umag at 5 km.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food, it is advisable to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID).
