"Excellent choice for a cheap place to stay within walking distance of gateway to india, museums, modern art galleries, sea walks, docks. Comfortable bed, good hot water shower, air con , tv . "
"The bathrooms need renovating but other than that, good location, big rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast and great stay. Bathrooms decent but could do with some renovating. "
"Beautiful historic hotel continues to shine. Modestly sized rooms but the ocean facing ones directly overlook the Gateway of India and have a small balcony. I'd choose the less expensive Tower rooms that give you the same experience as the older historic building. All in all a magnificent hotel that fully lives up to its reputation for overall excellence. "
"The staff were excellent. Really helpful and attentive. Rooms were nice and clean however the outside of the building is dirty and underwhelming. The cafe is excellent as is food and staff in it Worth visit"
"Very helpful staff and nice restaurant on the terrace that was very convenient when we didn’t want to go out in the rain . Lots of choice for the breakfast menu too."
"Property is old and not maintained, things are broken and not repaired, wouldn't recommend to staying more than one night. My room was on the second floor so no street noise and I used mosquito repellents."
"Great budget hotel with walking distance to all tourist attractions. Great complimentary breakfast & wifi. Hotel staff provided exceptional customer service "

"Overall satisfactory. Some rooms do not have an external window. We were shifted to a beautiful room on our second day. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The common areas get cleaned regularly which is great. Maybe some good books can be added. "
