"Very close to the tower so that is convenient. Street outside is a Main Street so is noisy in the night. They let us check in early and were friendly which was a bonus. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was decent enough so can’t complain."

"We had the most amazing time here. The staff were so helpful and genuine. Rita was very helpful! She booked our transportation and was able to accommodate for us. The rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast was beyond. We did the wine tasting- the most amazing wine tasting experience I’ve ever had. We also got a massage- this was amazing too. So relaxing. The pool was amazing as well. Very clean. This place is truly magical. Out of a painting. I’ll forever hold a memory of this place in my heart. "

Barbara really nice and said would store luggage on arrival, the room was actually available and given to us at 10.30 am on arrival Only had one night as had been staying in another hotel in Lucca. Room was quiet, clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was good Stored luggage until our departure later in day. "

"The hotel was above expectations. Exceptional staff on Reception and in the Breakfast Room. The bedroom was superb with the en-suite having extra additions such as the make up mirror. The location is excellent as situated ten minutes from the railway station and five minutes to the walled city. Thank you for a great stay. "
