The deposit of 900 euro is required one week before arrival through an external link to Guest Portal in Hostaway. The deposit will be released within a few days after your check-out. House Rules 1\. In order to access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in form and add payment methods for deposit in Guest Portal. Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, the deposit will be released within a few days. 2\. The deposit may be used to cover any possible damage to the property, for unauthorised additional guests and unusual consumption of utilities.(charging electric car, leaving the air conditioner on, etc.) 3\. Charging electric cars using the property\`s electricity is not allowed. 4\. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am.
