“We love this rental, this is our 4th time staying here. Having two bedrooms/two baths is nice and having one of them "upstair" is even better. Views of beach/pier from all doors/windows. Being able to just park your car and walk to either the harbor for food/shopping or down to the beach is a huge plus for us. Penthouse is clean and stocked will all you need. Parking is great and close to the elevators. Location has so much to offer, pools, spa, weight room, pool tables, putting green etc....

“We had a great family stay at this property! The hardwood floors throughout are gorgeous. The kitchen is spacious and has a stainless steel refrigerator. We cooked a few meals- the unit is stocked with most kitchenware you would need and dishwasher. The burners on the stove are a little crooked, but it works fine and wasn't an issue for us. The beds were comfortable and you can hear the ocean from either bedroom. Each bedroom does have a window that opens for the breeze, but they do not face the...

“The complex is amazing, has a pool and hot tub, as well as nearby restaurants just over the bridge. There's also a really cool area where the water is calm and you can walk through to the marina and restaurants.”

“Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this property. They had everything we needed including extras we were not expecting like beach gear and boogie boards. These extras made our trip extra fun. The space was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Also close to everything we wanted to visit. The fish and chip shop on the harbor was one of our favorites. The pool and spa were fun and accessible! We will be visiting again!”

“North Coast Villages is a sprawling complex, confusing at times to find your way around. The facility has plenty of fun activities - pool, hot tub, putting green, laundry room, rec room, library, game room. And it is right on the beach and easy walking distance to the harbor and good restaurants. Our unit was well equipped and comfortable, though there was no a/c and it was very warm the first night we arrived. There was only a small 4c. coffeemaker provided & the large 12 c. one didn't...
