"Not happy with our stay. We originally were supposed to stay 3 days but had to shorten it to 2. We did so in the correct timeframe but was told 2 nights were the same price as 3 so we would not get any money back. When arriving our host took us to our apartment. She basically handed us our keys and that was it. "Cons: The home is slightly remote but so special. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal. The owner keeps it well stocked with food, cleaning supplies, spices etc. We loved the pizza oven and spent a lot of time in the yard with the kids and the toys that are provided. Thomas is available to answer any questions. The mountains are spectacular, be awarre everthing is closed on Sundays. We were there with our family of 10 including 4 kids and couldn't have had a better time."

"This boutique hotel is central to everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful! I ended up adding a night so I got to experience a couple of different rooms. Both of which were on the front side and absolutely lovely. Personally, I liked the first room. I had a little bit more, although it was the more basic room, the second room I had was on the third floor, and it definitely felt a lot more private, was quite a bit larger, had a great balcony, and a lovely view of the mountains. I definitely would consider staying again."

"The grandeur of the hotel was evident by its notable guests from the past. Breakfast buffet was great, as was the location near the Passeggiata. Try not to get the top floor on a hot day; temperature was extremely uncomfortable and the airco units are much too small for the rooms. The least they could have done was turn it on several hours before arrival. Attendant was kind enough to get us a fan. English is not spoken here."
