The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.

La alberca tiene moho en la orilla que no sale en las fotos, la recepcionista de cabello rojo muuuy grosera y con actitud de superioridad de: si no te gusta no te hospedes aquí! No pierdan el tiempo reservando en este hotel, está muy descuidado, la habitación sucia, se nota que ya no le dan mantenimiento a las cosas, abajo del aire acondicionado estaba lleno de escombro, basura y suciedad, olía todo a humedad... Pero lo peor de todo es la falta de espacio en el estacionamiento, es un problema eso y el personal no tiene la suficiente atención y/o capacitación para dar una solución. Así que yo les recomiendo que mejor busquen en otro lado, no tiren su dinero a la basura.

Las ínstalaciones cumplen su función, el servicio es malo, falta personal y organización sobre todo en temporadas de mucha concurrencia , se vuelve un caos, desordenado, y sucio. Personalmente no respetaron mi reservación y con la mano en la cintura me dijeron que no podían darme lo que acordamos por qué no hay habitaciones, filas de gente y sobre vendiendo habitaciones que supuestamente no tienen. En precio calidad hay mejores opciones, el servicio por lo menos de fines de semana podría mejorar
