stay was great, as expected. One very small improvement is in the washroom shower. They decided with a wet room style washroom, thats fine, but the curtain used to stop the water from the shower should go all the way down to the floor and not stop 6"(150mm) before, this would not allow it to splash everywhere, thus leaving the floor wet. If you decided to walk in later just to use the sink or toilet you are walking all over a wet floor. small detail.

This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!) The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône. This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting.
