Nice clean apartment with a balcony and annuities.
Very good area near las Ramblas and restaurants, near the beach, very accessible to many of Barcelone’s famous sites.
Unfortunately, we saw cucarachas in the lobby at night, they did dispose of them.
Garbage and recycling bins are just outside the main door, that’s a big issue
