“We loved our stay at La Verrière. It’s tucked away in a secluded area with absolutely breathtaking views. It's an ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. Getting there takes some effort, but it’s well worth it. The property is truly exceptional, and the dinners were outstanding - beautifully prepared and full of local flavor.”

“This property is pretty much perfect as a solo traveller, it is definitely on the lower cost of properties in the town but this does not mean it is unwelcoming, uncomfortable or cold. The room very much reminded me of my university days, small but functional. Breakfast was just right to start the day, with a typical continental fare and dont miss out on a hard boiled egg. Coffee is available all day long and the honesty bar for beer, wine and soft drinks is a life saver. I wouldn't hesitate……

“This place is amazing, it is such a respite, I just loved the ambience, time by the pool (and in it) and the quality. The breakfast was divine too. One of the most significant factors of my enjoyment was the warmth and generously hospitable attitude of Leslie, she is gold. She really helped make my stay. Tilley, who I met on the last morning who made the breakfast was also very pleasant indeed. I also loved the laundry being done for me beautifully and at an extremely reasonable price. ”
