Location was excellent - near to station, near to the local supermarkets, near to the lake and with the free travel pass from the hotel, the old town and UN were both easily accessible. Hotel was beautiful, immaculately clean. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant were amazing (just wish it had been open on Sunday evening).

Location, staff, decor, and condition were excellent. Lovely room with usually tight / efficient European quarters. We will return. Would have liked a bedsheet and a duvet as it was quite warm. We needed a choice to be more comfortable and not roast at night.

Very nice hotel located in the city but also close enough to the main train station. Lots of cafes, restaurants and grocery shopping opportunities nearby and the lake is also very close. A very walkable neighbourhood but public transportation is also easily accessible. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. I can definitely recommend this place.
