"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"Pros: Lukas is the perfect host, uncomplicated and very responsive. Apartment is the most beautiful I have ever been. Very big for a family, all rooms are well decorated and convenient.
