Newly refurbished apartment with a private panoramic terrace near Sorrento

Il Pozzo Incantato is perfect for a group of friends, couples or a family who wish to be away from hustle and bustle. The apartment is located in the centre of the village, where you will find bars, pizzerias, shops and public transport. The public bus will take you to the nearest train station which is 8km away in a town called Vico Equense (approximately 20 minutes). Here you can get a direct train to Sorrento and Pompeii. In Vico Equense there is also a beach. You will find this spot very well located for its strategic position in the heart of Sorrento Coast which is well connected to many popular tourist destinations.
Il Pozzo Incantato is in a town called Moiano (beautiful hills of Sorrento Coast) and the apartment is accessible from the main entrance of the building. The apartment is located on the second floor which is accessed via an external set of 40 steps from the car park.
There is a large, beautiful terrace which is 60 metres squared. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a parasol, barbeque and an outdoor shower. From the terrace, you will enjoy a wonderful sea view of the bay of Naples and the mountains of Faito.
There is an open plan kitchen/lounge (25 metres squared) with modern, welcoming furnishings. In the lounge area, there is a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and direct access onto the terrace. There are 3 steps leading from the lounge area onto the terrace. The kitchen has a table and chairs and is equipped with a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, 2 electric hobs, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. The room also has a window with a view onto the terrace. The kitchen/lounge is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. There is also a safe.
There are two double bedrooms which are accessible from the lounge area. The main bedroom (13 metres squared) has a double bed, a window with a sea view and an air conditioning/heating unit. The second double bedroom (11 metres squared) has a window with a mountain view and an air conditioning/heating unit. The bed configuration in the second bedroom can either be double or twin.
The bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, a toilet, a bidet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to access the bathroom from the lounge area.
We recommend using a car to stay at this apartment. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in an allocated car parking space in a gated area. If you wish to park your car in a garage, this will be possible on request (extra charges apply). We recommend only using a mid-size or small car.
