Tucked away in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this hidden gem offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Just 15 minutes from Downtown Victoria, Langford, and the airport, it’s an ideal home base for exploring all that Greater Victoria has to offer.



The suite overlooks a seasonal pool 🏊 (open in the warmer months) and leads out to a shared, enclosed backyard — a tranquil space featuring an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and dining area 🍽️. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a meal, or soak up the sun.



Surrounded by parks, trails, and close to bus stops, this peaceful retreat invites you to relax and recharge while staying well-connected to the city and nature.



The Space:

A comfortable private suite located on the lower level of a family home. It features two bedrooms with double beds and a pull-out couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing — a welcoming space that’s great for both adults and kids.



Guest Access:

The whole bottom floor suite is for guests. The back yard, pool and outdoor kitchen is shared with the home owners. We are often working or busy with non travel life so for most days you will have the backyard to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, this area is peaceful and family-friendly — where the most common sounds are birds chirping 🐦 and children playing. It’s the perfect setting to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or explore the nearby parks and trails 🌿.



We live upstairs and are available if you need anything during your stay. The backyard and pool area are shared spaces 🏊‍♂️, and we check in on them daily to ensure everything is clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. You might see us around, but we always respect your space and privacy.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of parking on the road and there are several bus stops within a few minutes walk.



Other Things to Note:

There is no lifeguard on duty, so you swim at your own risk. The pool is an in-ground pool that reaches 14 feet at the deep end — you cannot stand up in it, so it is not suitable for weak swimmers. The pool is shared with us, as we live upstairs.



The pool is seasonal. It is open through the warmer months and closes once temperatures fall to around 7 °C, when the heat pump can no longer keep up. If your stay falls near the shoulder season, message us and we will tell you where it stands.



Guests are welcome to use any of the pool toys or floaties in the backyard — no need to bring your own!



Interaction with Guests:

We live upstairs and are available anytime we are needed. We check on the pool and the back yard at least once a day so you will see us out and about.
