This oceanfront villa is located in the very center of Punta Rucia, on the beach and within walking distance of local restaurants and the town’s main supermarket. Designed for comfort and privacy, the home is ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxed beachfront experience with full service. The villa features five bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. All beds are queen-size. Two bedrooms include two queen beds each, while the remaining bedrooms have one queen bed. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is an additional half bathroom on the main level, conveniently located near the pool area. The living and dining spaces are open and airy, designed to connect seamlessly with the outdoor areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A separate service (“hot”) kitchen is available for meal preparation by staff. The property also includes a charcoal barbecue grill for outdoor cooking.
