This getaway was everything that I needed. It was quiet and tranquil. I enjoyed all the amenities. I'll likely make this an annual trip. I loved every aspect of the place. It surpassed my expectations.

It was the perfect setup so we could bring our dogs and enjoy Crosslake.

The main issue was that there is no staff on the property. You are supposed to communicate via a message system. We did not receive our check in instructions until after we got there, and realized we had no way to get in. We had stayed at the property before, and would not have returned if we had not learned that the property had been newly renovated. We were hopeful that the renovations would make significant improvements, but sadly they did not. Other than new flooring and furniture, we are not sure what they did. There was a weird odor in the building. The bathroom fixtures were very out dated. The shower water pressure was weak, and the sink was missing a stopper. The faucet leaked. The towels were threadbare at best.

The lodge has no elevator and is very run down. The rooms were clean and spacious but very outdated. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I also think it should be clearly stated that you don’t check in at the Breezy Point Resort. The e best part was the bed was very comfortable.
