We loved everything we loved the pool we loved the apartment. It was exactly what we needed and more that Jim was nice, but it was a little bit hot sometimes. We had a little hiccup with the pump for the blowup mattress, but the service help arrive so quickly we couldn’t believe it. Our favorite place. We can’t wait to come back.

This is a great location in every way. The staff is 100, the rooms are beautiful and the grounds are amazing and going to be even more impressive as the water park is nearing completion. This is a very high end resort for reasonable prices. This needs to be a go to spot in the area near Zion park!

We stayed at the Pinyon.
Pro: The location was great. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the springdale shuttle stop. A/C was great at such a hot day. This was a hot tub right at back of this unit but we didnt get to use it. We got to check in early which was nice. Good communication via email. We got more than enough towels to use.
Con: Random noise throughout the day and that made the sleep less pleasant. K cup machine was broken and we didn't get a replacement even though we requested. Only 1 tv, out of 3 tv's, would work at a time. The accessible bathroom shower area did not have a curtain to prevent from splashing. Would be nice to have a curtain at least. Counter top for sink was too high. There was no step stool in the unit for young kids.
