"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"Great location in Rovinj. Walkable and easy access to the old downtown and a nice walk to the beaches. Only issue was the stairs up to the apartment - there were a lot. But, great location. "

"We loved the house and pool and all other nice things like the pool table and JBL box. There is a small supermarket in the village and beach is about 15 minutes by car. The village is small and quiet. The house is very convenient with well equipped kitchen and airconditioning. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The hosts are super friendly and gave us cake and fresh fruit. They helped us with questions and useful information. "

"Sehr netter und stets hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der darüber hinaus auch sehr gut Deutsch spricht. Apartment war sehr geräumig, jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sehr große und schöne Außenterrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken. Pool war groß genug zum Abkühlen. Parken direkt vor dem Haus, umbautes Gelände mit Zugangskontrolle war sehr angenehm. Das Gelände ist etwas außerhalb, dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen, auch die naheliegende Straße war nicht störend, da sie nicht sonderlich stark befahren zu sein...
