"This is a stunning property with equally beautiful views of all around. You really feel you have the whole valley to yourself. The villa itself is well equipped and despite the summer heat it remains cool during the night (ceiling fans help though). The infinity pool is large and impeccably maintained which provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The outdoor dining area is superb, with excellent BBQ facilities, wine fridge, and a very large round table and comfortable outdoor...

"Great view, the house is in perfect shape. Nice little village close by with good shops for the daily life and restaurants. The next beach is about 45 min away and it is also a 45 minutes drive to the Sibellinen. A 100 % reccomendation. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor...

"Excellent location, central in umbria valley and close to many highlights; magnificent view ! Nice swimming pool to cool down from the umbrian heat. Road to the house can be a bit challenging in the beginning."

"We were a party of 14 adults who arrived during a thunder storm. The owner was there to meet us, show us around and advise on dinner etc. The surrounding view and area is stunning, peaceful and in the countryside. The rooms are large with en suites. The kitchen is more than adequate for self catering. This property is a must, thank you for letting us stay."

"Barbara was a wonderful, caring, responsive host! She had yummy treats waiting for us on arrival. Her place was really enjoyed by our whole family. It is a beautiful setting! We especially enjoyed the outside area of the property with the outdoor fireplace and hot tub and pool. My 14 year old grandson wanted to move to this house!"
