"The hotel is good for a hotel close to the airport. We have a situation about smell in our room and contacted Front Desk. They change our room to another floor and Hermes from the FD offer to us the dinner of that night complementary. That was a really nice gesture. "This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts.
