"What a great property to unwind after a day of Bourbon Trail visits. The peace and quiet and sitting out on the front porch with a beverage was just what we needed. The house was just as advertised. The decor was wonderful, snacks and waters got us thru some afternoons. The walk up the hill to see the sunset is a must. Beautiful pictures with the horse that came by. Would absolutely come back again, we are planning next years trip already. Had no issues at all."

"We had eleven family members together to celebrate our parent's anniversary. The house and grounds are gorgeous! The layout of the house is great for that many people. Lots of areas to gather and visit or play games. There were a couple hiccups that were addressed very quickly. "Though the Bourb Inn sits on 30 acres in a rural community, it is just off I -64 and so close to everything. The cabin is appointed better than any other rental I have Stayed at. They thought of everything. The entire cabin was recently renovated, even the bathrooms are brand new. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen, and the property is gorgeous. We will be back to the bourbon trail and this is the only place I would ever stay."

"We wanted to do the Bourbon trail, stayed a few nights in Louisville and moved to the vrbo... it was SO NICE to get out the city, see the rolling hills, be within 30 mins of anything we wanted to do and have peace a quiet in the country. The cabin is pretty well stocked with anything you need, is so cozy! The other best part, the animals are so stinking sweet! "I met my 8 girlfriends from college in central Kentucky. The Havilah House was the perfect location for keeneland and bourbon tours and halfway between the bluegrass and Louisville airports. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend it."

"Please don’t hesitate in booking this property. It was immaculate and the amenities far exceeded other properties I have stayed at. Plenty of paper products, towels and kitchen supplies. The owner has supplied everything you need, even throw blankets for the sofas when you want to cozy up in the cute living room. The king bed was extra comfy. Would absolutely stay here again."
