I would look at it a a crossover from an Airbnb and a hotel. Far more personal than a hotel, but more relational than an Airbnb. It brings together the best of both. Having fine dining on the premises was a plus. The bar staff was the best. Was recommended The Brown Barrel restaurant, a short walk down the street, and it was very good.
