Loved the Delegate! Nicely done boutique hotel. Great location in between Lexington and Louisville for great spots along the bourbon Trail. Very close to Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key and Woodford. The Cypress and Oak Restaurant in the Delegate had great food and cocktails. Highly recommend!

Great location in the heart of downtown Frankfort. Staff was always great with one exception. The one person who checked us in made us feel as if we were just a bother. Rooms were clean and place had a really cool vibe.

Small hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very easy to park and very easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. Only complaint is you can hear the people above you with squeaky floors. But the hotel provides a sound machine which can drown it out

The Delegate is a unique travel experience. I would look at it a a crossover from an Airbnb and a hotel. Far more personal than a hotel, but more relational than an Airbnb. It brings together the best of both. Having fine dining on the premises was a plus. The bar staff was the best. Clean and easy to get around.
