Resort Access Included - New to VRBO 332 Captain John Fripp Villa is a beautiful newly renovated condo located in the heart of Fripp Island. This 2-bedroom 2-bath villa is just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, and Fitness Center! 332 Captain John provides comfort for up to 4 guests making it the perfect getaway. 1 king bed in the primary bedroom, and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and share a full bathroom in the hallway. The 2nd full bathroom is on the 1st floor. Both bathrooms have a large tub/shower combo. Patio on first floor is furnished with a grill and 4 Adirondack chairs. The property is thoughtfully decorated with modern touches. Features of this unit include a full kitchen with all the basic utensils and cookware needed if you feel like staying in and cooking. Make sure to check out one of the islands many lunch/dinner options including the Bonito Boathouse restaurant and Island Bites. Full size appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washer and dryer. This property has 3 TVs in total (All Amazon Fire TVs) with high-speed wireless internet as well as Hargray Cable live TV in all bedrooms and living room. Included in the outdoor storage box to right of the back deck is a beach cart, 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a shibumi. These are available for your use, please put them back in the box after using them! The View: Partial ocean view from courtyard and back porch. Step out to take in the beauty of the low country or take a short walk to the down to the beach for an afternoon of relaxation. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island. Included with your rental are up to 4 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf & tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf, pickleball, tennis, and more! Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more! Getting to know Fripp Island: Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation.
