The internet wasn’t working well and he did his best to get it on but it was extremely slow. He was unsure if the cleaners had washed the sheets so we ended up washing all the linen before we laid down. We wish the circumstances were different but that was our reality."

"The owner was a very poor communicator. I did not get a response for three days prior to the rental when questioning about amenities. I only heard from her a few hours before check in. The check in process was difficult. She sent the code separate from the instructions. The code was for the back, not the front. It was very confusing.
