“I have had the pleasure of staying at the Winsor Hotel several times. I have had all wonderful experiences. The rooms are very clean and quiet and the staff goes above and beyond to make you happy. I really enjoy having my coffee at the Horne Pecan company downstairs every morning with the sweet ladies. Dinner restaurants are wonderful as well.”

“I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.”

They have very small trash cans and I had to go to the front desk for trash bags and fresh towels. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small. The corner popped off. I couldn't get it back on. I was going to use the guest laundry, but when I opened the washer door, there was mold on the seal. The dryer was dirty on the……
