“Clean room and decent breakfast”

“First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again.”

“The hotel is very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was very helpful and large parking for moving trucks available at no extra cost. Overall great quality/price ratio. ”

“Cool, old property. Rooms feel like a bedroom in an old house. Parking is on the street, but I never had trouble finding a spot. No site amenities to speak of.”

“Was it clean, quiet, roach free, and have a hot shower? YES Was everything new and pristine? For the price if you were expecting that…go to the place down the way that’s double the rate. But it was great! The carpet in the hall needs replaced, some things needed updating but overall it is far better than I normally get for the price!! I travel a bunch and this was a pleasant surprise for the cost, clean and hot shower, and bonus there is food, not extensive… cereal, bagels, juice, waffles,……

“I made reservations for this hotel while I was visiting my sister. I went there and immediately had a change of heart. I’ve been trying to cancel and get my refund but have been unsuccessful. 0 out of 10 I don’t recommend.”

“Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with……

“Room was in Excellent condition and very clean. Plenty of parking and staff was very friendly. I was disappointed the pool was shut down because someone threw up in it but that was out of their control until tested. The breakfast was small and light with Eggs and sausage, cereal, muffins and yogurt but it was good.”

“Traveling for work, needed a simple place for one night. I didn’t even go in. Looked dingy with linens draping over the windows and abandoned other than a couple of young kids playing in the parking lot. Not a suitable stay”

“This place is a dump.They should not even be on Expedia. 40 dollars a night is too much to pay for that crap try 10 dollars. Towels were dirty, room smelled like mildew. Roaches were crawling over everything. Only time I saw staff was when they checked me into this hell hole. I wished my money was refundable cause I deserved it back. Only reason I stayed because I couldn't get refunded. But I was miserable as long as I was there.”

“Mold in coffee pot, no decaf coffee, expensive, no drinking water, tv don’t work, no internet. TERRIBLE”

“The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room needs a lot of work. The tub didn't drain while you were taking a shower. There are cracks in and outside of the bathroom. The floor has a lot of pen marks on it. The floor overall wasn't very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The place seems like a for construction workers and contractors instead of for families. I would not recommend this hotel. The pool wasn't working either, which meant you couldn't use the sauna. The ice maker on……
