“Good experience”

“All was good. The property manager could be a bit quicker getting back to you but he did answer all my questions and was friendly. The apppartment is great. Very clean and near many places we wished to visit. Just note that more towels could have been provided. If you are there less than a week you are expected to use the washer and dryer. Would stay there again.”

“Check in was very confusing with conflicting emails and what codes to use. One of the main reasons we pick this property was for the outside pool. During our stay we were not able to access the pool during our 5 day stay with our key fob due to some computer program issue. There was a nice courtyard outside the room, however once you went through the door to enter, the door locks behind you. Our key fob would not open this this door. Had to walk across the courtyard to find a door that would……

“Convenient location with parking. Clean rooms and an attentive host. Stocked with essentials...didn't need to pack as much as I did.”

“The property was described as having a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. While there were pots that could be used on the stove or in the oven (we googled them to be sure we could put them in the oven), some basic kitchen needs were not provided. Such as hot pads for getting the pan out of the oven, or a dish towel. We assumed the thin pads in with the pans could be used as hot pads but we didn’t want to ruin a countertop so kept all hot pans to cool on the stove top. Paper towels were……

“This property was nice. The concierge were friendly. Some furniture pieces in the room were damaged and left out which I didn’t like but I just moved it to the closet. I brought sheets for the bed because the sheets looked and felt old 😖. She the place just felt and looked lived in like staying with a family member 😆. All of that aside it’s a decent place to stay.”
