"Needed a place to stay for a weekend of fishing, this cabin fit the bill with the marina that I wanted to fish out of. The cabin has a nice layout, and was sufficient for what I needed. The cleaning person claimed I had a dog in the cabin, and left dirty dog dishes with hair "all over the place" and I received an added cleaning fee with out first checking with me. There was no dog, and the checkout list was followed to a T. I will not stay with this "Host" again"

"3 of my family members and I stayed at the cabin for the Wisconsin fishing opening weekend. It's in a beautiful setting down a very quiet dead-end road. The Lincoln Community Forest hiking trails are right across the road, and the very impressive Morgan Falls and St. Peter's Dome are in the national forest just a few miles away. We fished the Marengo river and nearby White river and caught a few brown trout. The cabin was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely consider...

"Have you ever booked a place, driven 5 hours, and then arrived to find out it wasn't as pictures showed. The minute I pulled up for my week long solitude retreat this place felt like home. I brought my inflatable kayak, a bunch of books & art supplies, and comfort food.....and it was a great way to just chill. Decided to venture out to Brule River for some hiking and kayaking adventures, and did not dissappoint! Great location, Great Spot, and perfect for a solo getaway."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect: Right next to downtown Cornucopia (so you can find basic items easily), and just minutes from some of the coolest trails in the area. We stayed with two of us and our two pups. The pups adored the cabin and settled right in. The cabin is really adorable and cozy, very clean and updated, and has everything you need (including a well-equipped kitchen). It was easy to communicate with Erin. "Kevin was very professional, quick to get back to us with any questions. The chalet was very clean, private and had amazing views with a great location, and had everything you needed to cook or grill. Kevin also had a binder set up with everything to do with in a 60 mile radius which was great. We will definitely stay there again. It was great and Kevin is a great host."
