"Awesome, helpful, attentive staff from the check-in staff to the parking attendants to the housekeeping personnel - all employees were happy and pleasant. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent aircon and nice shower. Bathroom is a little small, but functional. Central location is close to everything and with Terminal 21 connected to the hotel, there is easy access to shopping and dining."
