Posh hotel with no fridge in the room (too tiny) and ask for extra for view! Disappointing.

The location was great. Easy to walk to Times Square and the different show theaters. But, The staff does not go out of their way to greet you but if you spoke to them, they were friendly. This hotel is very old and outdated. The hot water for showers was lukewarm at best morning and night. The rooms were spacious, but not luxurious by any means.The room and a draft so my daughter and I switched beds because she got to cold. The noose level from outside was awful! The sirens, horns, music and people go all night long.

Expensive with high unexpected facility charge.

Internet wasn’t that fast. Connecting streaming services to the tv didn’t work (likely user error). Friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

Problems may occur when you booked a hotel without a front desk: 1) basically no in-time reply; 2) when you call the online agent, it will take them quite long to get back to you and sometimes he doesn’t even solve your problem. We arrived before check-in time but we couldn’t use the lockers to store our luggage, while the online agent kept asking us to continue trying and didn’t offer any help😅😅 wasted us almost one hour…. Overall the room is clean, with many kitchen stuff. Remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush and paste because they didn’t provide. Transportation is very convenient, closed to E/G/F and 7 metro lines. But it also means you can hear sound of line 7 in your room. Think twice if you are a light sleeper. Safe neighborhood.
