“Was a great stay value for money ”

“Beautiful setting by the river and so convenient.”

“The staff are friendly on arrival. You just pick your keys up at the pub sports bar and go to your room. The room was very clean, and had most things provided. At night it can be a little noisy, but not too bad. A microwave oven in the room would make it complete.”

“Clean and spacious room. Parking was great right outside the room great for those with mobility constraints. Comfy bed and smart tv. Check in and out was easy and the staff were lovely.”

“The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it”

“Friday The noise from the bar made it hard to sleep, though totally understandable. Saturday a completely different story. Quiet. Bed was hard. Shower was lovely”

“The rooms have been very recently refurbished and the room was clean and well designed. It had only just been renovated and a nail was protruding from under the carpet which I managed to walk on and gashed my foot. Told the manager whilst eating dinner downstairs in the pub. He thanked me for alerting home to the fact. He went to our room with a hammer to remove the danger. Thought it might have been a nice gesture to have said can I get you two a drink on the house. But no. A little……

“A quite stunning location, great set up and really luxurious. Well equipped, very comfortable bed and all in all a wonderful experience.”

“A comfortable stay at this modest motel. Everything worked well and the rooms were clean. Area was quiet day and night with a nice countryside feel. It was a means to an end really as there is limited accommodation options in Picton. The distance from town was too far to walk and taxi options are very limited. There is a nice restaurant attached with great dining options of good quality and reasonably priced. ”
