"We stayed at this property with another family for a total of 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids ranged in age from 6 to 15 years old. It was really great having an adult space on the 2nd floor with the 2 bedrooms and a kid zone on the bottom floor with another 2 bedrooms and games. The kids loved fishing off the dock of the house (rods provided) and caught a lot of fish, though all too small to keep. Make sure to pick up some shrimp bait! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, milk, spices, and a welcome basket. The furniture was in good shape and it looked like parts of the house had just been remodeled. The house is within kayaking distance to Hernando Beach Tropical Grille and just a few minutes drive to other popular restaurants like Lazy Lizard. We were just 15 minutes from Weeki Wachee Park. We enjoyed eating meals outside on the balcony off the kitchen. There were a couple areas that could have been cleaner, but the owner was very open to hearing feedback so I am sure that will be addressed. He was also very accommodating during the reservation process. We were there for a quick Friday to Sunday visit. The larger queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and is a good size room. Some of the other rooms were a little tight, depending on if you wanted to open dressers or how many people were in the room, but for a short weekend stay, it worked well. This was our first trip to the area and we found the perfect house to balance our weekend of activity and R&R. "

"The house was comfortable and plenty of room. Pet friendly. There was plenty of activities at the house, kayaks, fishing, outdoor seating. We loved the patio equipped with darts and other games. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. We loved it. Great restaurants. Close to state parks and springs. Would definitely recommend and return!"

"This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. We even had a dolphin visit us our first morning! The kids (ages 2–15) had a blast, and the adults did too! The layout was ideal—plenty of room to gather together, yet easy to find our own space when needed. The house had everything we could possibly want, from shampoo to pool floats to kids’ toys. The kayaks were such a fun bonus—the guys especially loved spending time out on the water.The location was fantastic: Weeki Wachee was right nearby, Busch Gardens less than an hour away, and Orlando only about two hours. The pool was wonderful, and the sandy “beach” area gave the kids a true beach experience without the hassle of traveling to one.The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We honestly can’t say enough great things and are already planning to rebook!"
