“The cottage and location were amazing. We went for a couple of walks around the property and were a little disappointed that the lawn had not been mowed. Also the Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The size of the cottage was perfect and it was very cozy. We had a problem locking the front door and it took us a while to figure it out. Hopefully the owner updates the instructions so no one else has to deal with that issue.”

“The sunrises across the sound are incredibly amazing. If that was not enough the house has the newest appliances, great layout, and 200 plus degrees of water views from the dining room table. It is ideally located for a peaceful and restorative vacation from reality. Working remotely from the dining room table was the best location yet. Thanks for the opportunity to return to my high school regional area and deepen my appreciation for the waters I miss dearly.”

“We had a wonderful weekend! The view was breathtaking and even though it rained all day Saturday, we enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and the water views from every part of the house! “We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. ”
