“The place is clean but could do with some updating. Lack of plug sockets.
We were on the top floor and the lift was still not working from earlier reviews. The cleaners dont enter your room unless you request a change of towels or bed sheets that there is a small charge for. The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great spot for getting around krakow and was quite at night. Would recommend for anyone doing a few days visiting as it's location really is good once you……

“Overall good, room is big and clean. Very convenient as it is located in the old town, and close to main station and tram station.
Only pity is the miscommunication that when I book the room, I saw washing machine in the profile. Once arrival, staffs said it is by request. ”

“This is an accommodation without a reception on the premises,
Had asked for early check-in, but did not get a useful response. Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. However, waited until half an hour after the latest check-in time and then contacted the off-site office and was told that they did not have a contact information that could be used.
