Wake up to sunrises over the ocean and enjoy family fun on the deck as you watch the sun set. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils allows for eating in and the central location of this home allows for quick access to all the great local restaurants. Wells is getting more and more popular each summer. The number of homes that offer this degree of beach access and ocean views is shrinking every year as owners convert rental homes to private homes. Within our recently updated circa 1924 home, this 3 bedroom unit is adjoined by a 2 bedroom unit (VRBO #2279562) on the opposite side of the home. If you are looking to vacation with family/friends this setup provides for both close proximity and privacy. All trash in bags. Wells does not recycle. Recycle items can be taken home and recycled in your hometown or added to the regular trash and in bags and discarded in Wells

If you notice something needing attention at unit, please let us know prior to your departure. Please allow us the opportunity to correct something needing attention before writing in an online review
