Wir waren zufrieden und empfehlen das weiter.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen gut und reichlich. Wenn was fehlt wäre das ein Pool für so ein Familienbezogenes Hotel und ein paar mehr Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien.

Die Zimmer sind super schön! Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber!! Der Service beim Essen ist verbesserungsfähig. Es kommt aber auf den einzelnen Mitarbeiter an. In manchen Bereichen wurde nicht wirklich das Geschirr abgeräumt. Kein Fisch zum Frühstück. Sonst aber gut. Abendessen wird ständig aufgefüllt und lecker!

Leider war das Abendessen (Büffet) am 30.04.2025 ausreichend bis mangelhaft (Fischfilet total fad, Schweinebraten 'totgebraten', Currywurst total fad und sehr weiche Konsistenz; Pommes sehr hart > überfrittiert, Salzkartoffeln sehr wässrig (lange im Wasserbad), Kartoffelgemüse übergart und teilweise schwarz/angebrannt. Einzige Lichtblicke waren das selbstgebackene Brot, die Käseplatte und die Senfgurken. Laut anderer Stammgäste, die ebenfalls SEHR enttäuscht waren, soll das Essen sonst deutlich besser sein....

Wir waren mit 3 Mann zum 2. mal dort um zu Wandern und andere Aktivitäten zu unternehmen. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren wie auch beim letzten Mal sehr freundlich. Die Essensauswahl am morgen wie auch am Abend mit der von Uns gewählten Halbpension war Klasse. (Incl. Getränke ...wow ! ) Hier findet jeder etwas, und wer da etwas zu meckern hat, dem ist echt nicht mehr zu helfen. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse und sind sehr sauber, mit einem wirklich grossem Bad. Hervorzuheben ist die Auffüllung des Kühlschrankes auf dem Zimmer mit Wasser mit/ohne Sprudel , Apfelschorle. Klasse für die Wanderung zum mitnehmen. Die Anbindung mit dem Bus / Zug ist auch sehr angenehm. Am Abend noch nen Cocktail, und das manchmal auch mit Livemusik - was will man mehr... Macht weiter so, Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder😃 Gruss von der Küste

Wir waren mit drei Generationen dort. Essen sehr gut, aber abgesehen von Hauptgerichten immer gleich. Dennoch viel Auswahl und besser als manches **** Hotel! Kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus. Seeehr kinderfreundlich! Windeleimwr, Babybadewanne... einfach fragen! Wenn noch mal Harz, dann dort!

Bei der Ankunft hatte ich mir optisch etwas anderes vorgestellt, aber sobald man das Hotel betritt, sieht man sofort, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail sich dieses Familien Hotel offenbart. Super freundliches Personal in jedem Bereich. Der große Speisesaal ist sehr gut organisiert und schallgedemmt, sodass man keinem Lärmpegel ausgesetzt ist. Fazit: unbedingt mit Kindern besuchen.

Wir waren vom 30.04 2024 auf den 01.05.2024 zu Gast im Hasseröder Burghotel und alles lief fantastisch. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, frisch und vielfältig. Alles wurde umgehend woeder aufgefüllt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Hotel mit Einschränkungen

Zimmer in 3. Etage genau vor dem Turm mit Kiesbett. Diese Zimmer sollten einen verminderten Preis haben, wenn einem das egal ist dann ist es ok. Kein Ausblick auf die sonst so schöne Landschaft. Die offerierte Nutzung des Freizeitbads ist nicht inklusive und wird auf der Homepage nach wie vor aber so deklariert. Die Situation wird mit Corana begründet, was ich nicht verstanden habe. Im Hintergrund erfährt man aber, das wohl der Ferienpark die Kooperation beendet haben soll (Spekulation) Als Ausgleich bekäme man einen "Gutschein" für eine andere Besichtigung die aber im Wert wohl nur dem internen Verrechnungspreis des Hotels mit dem Hasseröder Ferienpark entspricht. Eine Argumentation die man nicht nachvollziehen kann, weil der Eintritt allein für eine Familie für zwei Stunden schon 25 EUR kostet. Dann müsste man ja diesen Wert auch als Gegenwert bekommen, wenn schon die Nutzung vom Hotel so offeriert wird. Hier hatte ich den schnellen Eindruck, das man glaubt man hat es mit dummen Gästen zu tun. Einfach beleidigend und ärgerlich

Nicht wirklich Burghotel, eher großes Hotelkomplex. Modernes sauberes Bad, Zimmer schlicht mit einem gewissen Burg Touch. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Nur das Frühstücks-Buffet gehabt, welches für mich eher in der mittleren Kategorie war (der Kaffee war ziemlich schlecht). Die Cocktails von der Burghotel Bar im "Burgkeller" waren auch nicht schlecht.
