Un hermoso 1500 pies cuadrados nuevo por encima en el centro de Watch Hill con vista al mar y la bahía.

Ubicado en el corazón del centro de Watch Hill, este condominio es un oasis de serenidad en el que nunca querrás irte. Opción económica para lugares de bodas en la zona, la mayoría a poca distancia a pie. Dé largos paseos por la playa, observe las hermosas puestas de sol, relájese con el sonido de las olas y pasee hasta la casa de la luz. Con fácil acceso a las playas públicas y privadas, un carrusel histórico, un centro de la ciudad lleno de tiendas y restaurantes, siempre estará entretenido.

En este nuevo condominio, no tendrá que preocuparse por adaptar a toda su familia porque nuestro condominio puede alojar fácilmente hasta 6 personas. En la habitación principal hay una lujosa cama queen y en la otra habitación hay una litera con un nido extraíble. La litera superior es individual, la litera inferior es doble y el nido es individual. También en la sala de estar, el sofá tiene una cama plegable.

El condominio cuenta con 2 baños, cada uno con ducha, lavabo e inodoro. Pero el baño principal también tiene una bañera de hidromasaje.

La cocina de primera línea tiene todos los mejores electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, como una nevera y un congelador espaciosos, un microondas, una estufa de gas y un horno. Puede comer sus comidas únicas en los comedores interiores o exteriores.

El patio no solo tiene una vista impresionante de la playa, el océano, el centro de la ciudad y las hermosas puestas de sol, sino que también tiene dos mecedoras y una mesa de comedor.

Este condominio también cuenta con 2 televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana y wifi para cuando se relaja en el interior. El televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar tiene una chimenea de gas debajo.

Wonderful September stay at Erich's condo. Very clean unit with a well-stocked kitchen. Perfect location. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony having coffee in the morning. Loved hearing the ocean waves from the unit. Highly recommend this VRBO property and will return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal - right across from the beach and the carrousel. It is our second time staying here and we will definitely return!

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

The condo was spotless on our arrival. Our host, Erich, had prepped us with all we needed in advance, and was an excellent communicator. We found a box of chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived - what a nice surprise! The location is everything it seems to be in the pictures: right across the street from the old carousel and beach entrance. Lots of walkable shops and eateries nearby. We were there post-season, so Saturday and Sunday were the days when most of them were open, but it was nice and quiet on the weekdays we stayed. The condo itself, including a sizable balcony, was everything we needed to have a relaxing few days away from it all. We highly recommend this property and we’ll be back!!!

The perfect Watch Hill experience

Our host had thought of everything to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. He even indicated his favorite places for breakfast and dinner. The beach was ideal and and just across the street. The nearby restaurants and shops were great, including the ice cream shop opposite our condo. We could see both the ocean and a fun street scene from our balcony. Loved this place!

Mother Daughter trip

This beautiful condo was all that these “Salt Life” gals needed. We are beach goers and foodies that love a sunset and cocktail hour. This condo had all we needed. Completely comfortable . Clean and convenient.

Excellent place to stay in Watch Hill

We traveled as a family, including two kids, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watch Hill. The unit is spacious, clean, well-located, convenient, and comfortable. It is walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Erich was a terrific host. He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating and it was clear that he cared about our family having a good experience. We would highly recommend this unit for future travels to Watch Hill.

Wonderful condo by the sea!

This condo is well laid out with a terrific deck overlooking Bay Street. We loved the color palette of the rooms and the lighting throughout the unit. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open, giving a very spacious feeling to the common areas. I loved the well-stocked kitchen since I enjoy cooking - every utensil I needed was provided. The location, right on the corner of Bay Street and Larkin is ideal. It's right across the street from the beach and the tiny carousel - and a few minutes walk from East Beach and Ocean House. Erich is the consummate host and went out of his way to insure we had the very best time at his place. And we did!

Wonderful stay

The property was perfectly situated right in the town of WH across the street from one beach and down the hill from the other. It was perfect for our three young kids (5, 3, 1). We were surprised how big and spacious the property was and it was very comfortable for our week long stay. The condo had everything we needed, including beach supplies. We loved our stay and would love to return.

A true vacation

What a wonderful time we had in Watch Hill. A perfect spot to enjoy all that Watch Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking the shops, getting ice cream at the St. Clair Annex, watching the flying horse merry-go-round, and relaxing on the beach. It was so nice waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and eating breakfast out on the deck. The condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was nice having beach supplies to use too. We enjoyed our beach vacation and were truly able to relax.

Location for Summer Fun without Driving

My wife and I grew up in this area and have lived in CA since 1982. We both always loved Watch Hill but this place with it's spacious rooms and convenient location make this a great stay. Walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants was great. Ice Cream across the street too!!

Downtown Watch Hill

We were just looking for a quick get away between the end of school and the start of all our summer activities. This place hit the mark for everything we wanted - walkability to the beaches, the shops and restaurants of Watch Hill. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner is very friendly and full of helpful highlights for the area. We hope to come back again!

Perfect Watch Hill get away

The property was so convenient to everything in Watch Hill. Very comfortable, well appointed, everything you need in the kitchen, and a wonderful front porch and eat out patio. Easy to get to the public beach, down to the shops, and just to mill around town. Sitting just right on the front porch you can see the sunset which is gorgeous or take a hop up to the lighthouse for a spectacular view. Erich has done a fantastic job making sure the space is comfortable and special. Very easy to work with. We will be back.

Clean, Spacious, Beautiful Condo in the Heart of Watch Hill. Perfect Location!

This condo is SPACIOUS. I traveled with 2 parents (ages 74) and 2 children (ages 11 and 12). We had more than enough room. Beautiful beach views from every room and every window of this condo. We go to Watch Hill often and this condo is located in the best possible spot. Quick walks to beaches, lighthouse, shops, and restaurants. The condo is fully stocked so no need to over pack. Plenty of paper supplies/goods for the kitchen and bathrooms. Very easy to maintain and keep clean for a week. Property manager made every part of the trip smooth and stress-free. Definitely a quiet area, which is what we like. Everything shuts down by 9 pm and reopens around 9 or 10 am. Perfect vacation for kids and/or adults who want a beautiful, quiet New England coastal beach trip. We will definitely return.
