"Thought the place was great! Everything we needed. So many cute touches like the smores station and the board games. There’s not a ton of privacy between the bedrooms, so I’d visit with people you’re comfortable with. I would return again in the future. It had the rustic vibe we wanted for our weekend away. "

"This was a great place to stay! We spent almost a week there over the Thanksgiving holiday. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities. The added coffee maker and coffee complete with cream and sugar was great!! There were plenty of linens for the beds. Plenty of towels and washcloths. They even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash for their renters. The only complaint I really had was that the bedrooms got really hot if the doors were closed but opening the windows a tad took care of that problem! It also helped that they had fans for both of the bedrooms. The beds were awesome. We slept well. Although we didn't use it as it was cold and snowy, there is a great deck that is covered with a ceiling fan, table and chairs and even a grill. All in all, it was a great stay. The hosts were very responsive when you needed a question answered, even on Thanksgiving! "

"This is a wonderfully eclectic historic home with modern conveniences and upscale touches. Jimmy welcomed us and had a nice fire burning as we arrived. There are lots of arcade games to play and a really neat barn attached to the home with a few friendly animals. Only caution is that you need to traverse very tight circular steps or walk through a short covered but unheated area to get to the bathroom. Though this is not ideal during extremely cold nights but everything else here is outstanding!"

"Was great having our pupper with us, single floor, easy in/out, loved the plants! At home, we can’t keep our senior, Frannie, off the couch, so we covered the couch and she made herself right at home napping…..obviously she was quite comfortable right away. "
