Featuring exposed original brick walls, century-old timber beams, modern interior finishes, gym, and an incredible common rooftop patio! Perched right in the desirable East Exchange District near Waterfront Drive, this area is dripping with style and history! The Museum of Human Rights, BellMTS Place, RBC Convention Centre and a 20 minute drive to the airport!We are here to make your stay comfortable & memorable! For virtual assistance, our Nest Host team is available from 9 AM - 10 PM and just a message away. For any assistance needing physical appearances, our office & staff work from M-F 9 AM - 5 PM. If you have emergencies such as lockouts, flooding or power interruption please call the emergency line listed in the arrival instructions.The Exchange District is spilling with unique restaurants, breweries and boutique shops that are all within walking distance. Youu2019ll never run out of places to see or things to do! Street parking available and public transportation nearby.A few of our favourite restaurants include Kevin's Bistro, The Peasant Cookery, Saddlery On Market, Carnival and CIBO Waterfront Cafe. We highly recommend stopping by at least 1 of them! The Forks is a huge tourist attraction in our city and we are within walking distance! The Museum of Human Rights is also located here. This is a great social hub full of many great restaurants and local drinks, we recommend trying the unique Manitoba beer flights in The Common!You will have full access to the entire condo during your stay.This stunning newly refurbished 757 sq foot, 2 bedroom condo is bound to impress! This corner suite offers 11 ft ceilings, a huge window that fills the space with natural light (this is the only suite in the building with a window like this!), vinyl plank flooring throughout, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a flowing open concept layout. Did I mention the kitchen is stocked with all the basic cookware, dishware and utensils you need to create a gourmet meal. A Keurig Coffee maker is provided as well. Our condo is great for guests travelling for business or simply just visiting!If you have any additional requirements/requests that are not listed, we may be able to accommodate! Weekend of R&R

Property and location was great. The only downside was parking. There is no designated spot to park so you need to pay for parking. There were a few spots in the lot next to the building where the condo is located that were available for rent after 6 p.m. and only on the weekends, which was good, but if we left and came back we risked loosing the spot, and the money we paid to be in that lot of it filled up while we were gone. If your plan is to arrive on the weekend and walk to your destination or take a cab, then you will have no issues. It really is in a great location for walking!! We have never been to Winnipeg and using the maps on my phone, we were able to navigate ourselves very easily when walking. The condo itself was clean with great decor. I would definitely return if the plan was spending time in the Exchange district. We spent a day at the spa, so we didn't have nearly enough time exploring around the Exchange district.

Outstanding property, perfect location

This spanking clean 2 bedroom apartment with loads of character exceeded our expectations, which were high to start with. We could not have been more thrilled. The property owner/manager is highly responsive, helpful and responds quickly. The check-in process was super easy and she even let us in early when our train arrived at an odd time. (Thank you, Michelle) The apartment is even better than it looks from the photos, with very high ceilings, exposed brick walls and beams, and modern appliances. It has air conditioning, a washer and dryer, fully-outfitted kitchen and a soaker bathtub. The beds are comfortable, the suite is light-filled and airy, and the building is secure and very quiet. We had no noise from the street. The condo is located in the Exchange District, a historic downtown area walking distance from the Forks and many museums. It is about a block or two from a riverfront park with a lovely walking trail that takes you right to the Human Rights Museum and Forks. At least two free city shuttle buses stop nearby. We walked everywhere in Winnipeg or took a shuttle. We highly recommend Clementine restaurant for breakfast, a five minute walk away at 123 Princess. Also, Corrientes Argentine Pizza just a block or two away, 137 Bannatyne. Winnipeg is a fantastic place to visit. This condo is within a 3 minute walk of theatres and near a number of museums. We absolutely loved the main library downtown, which offers a great view of downtown from the fourth floor. The librarians are happy to give you a tour of the Maker Space on the third floor and show you how to work the 3D printer or recording booth. We loved just walking around the city, shopping for books on the second floor of the Forks Market, and spotting newborn deer on the banks of the Assiniboine. We will be back!
