Brand new oversized hot tubs with grills and fire pit!! Amazing location at the base of Winter Park. Enjoy ski in access with a short walk to the front door across the street from the base. Everything you need at the base of Winter Park-Shopping, Dining, Activities. Downtown Winter Park just 2 miles away. Take the Fraser trail in the summer from the base to town.
Condo Features: This condo is ADA Accessible with wide doors, large bathrooms, and accommodating counter-tops throughout. We welcome all NSCD athletes. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances to make après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. The living room includes a sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, large tv, and dvd player. An additional tv is located in one bedroom for individual relaxation. Games and movies are available for use. Off the living room area is a deck to enjoy the summer time sun or fresh winter air. Enjoy a mountain view from the deck and bedrooms.
The Fraser Crossing complex also features one large shared hot tub on the third level outdoor deck. Other amenities include a shared gas grill, fire pit and picnic area. The condo also comes with garage parking ($21/day during ski season and $0 total per stay during non-ski season) with direct lobby access. A pass must be purchased for garage access. Upon booking, we will send the parking website to complete booking.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ: - Deck level outdoor hot tub, grill and fireplace - No Pets/Smoking - Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. - A $250 refundable damage deposit will be charged on your card at time of booking. - Parking: Underground spaces in garage – A parking pass is required. The parking rate is set by the Board of Directors and HOA management company. Parking in the garage is first come first serve. If full, additional cars can be parked overnight in the Village Garage levels 1 & 2, Vintage Lot by the Vintage Hotel, in town at the Cooper Creek parking garage for free, and at the Fireside Grocery Market in downtown Winter Park. Rates for overnight parking are dependent on the season.
- Mountain air does not require air conditioning. Fans are included in the condo for use.

Note: Our cleaning company has limited time between guests to complete cleanings and inspections.
