“We stayed here for one night to attend a concert, bargain price for what was offered. Easy 20 mins into Newcastle town centre, super friendly staff, comfy bed, one of the best showers I've had in a hotel and fantastic breakfast! Thank you for a lovely stay.”

We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. “This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.”
